everytime i search for something on google its fine….but once i click on the thing that i want it goes to this website http://www.genealogie.de/?w=16 OR it will go right back to the search screen and the laungage will be DE ((i dont know what it stands for))

You’re likely infected by european spyware. Find a good spyware scanner.
If that fails try running hijackthis.
